Dr. Saif Kargoli is a board-certified endodontist and a recognized leader in the field of microscopic endodontics, with a distinguished reputation for managing the most complex root canal and periapical cases. He is a founding partner of One Endodontics, a premier, multi-location endodontic practice known for clinical precision, compassionate care, and a commitment to innovation.
Dr. Kargoli previously served on the faculty at the University of Maryland’s Department of Endodontics, where he played an instrumental role in educating residents and advancing clinical protocols. His academic background is rooted in excellence: after earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2011, he completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry at FLIADE Clinic in Miami. He then pursued a prestigious two-year fellowship at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, training under the legendary Dr. Dennis Tarnow. Dr. Kargoli later completed his specialty training in Endodontics at the University at Buffalo, where he was honored with the position of chief resident.
With deep expertise in both surgical and non-surgical endodontic therapy, Dr. Kargoli specializes in retreatment of failed cases, endodontic microsurgery, and management of advanced periapical disease. His precision, clinical judgment, and calm, personable approach have earned the trust of patients and colleagues alike.
He is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE) and other national dental organizations. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Kargoli is deeply committed to global outreach and service. He has volunteered his expertise in underserved communities across Jordan, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and the United States, reflecting a lifelong dedication to equitable access to dental care.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Kargoli is a devoted husband and father of two. He enjoys quality time with his family and maintains an active lifestyle through soccer, tennis, and pickleball.
